FAQ/ Policies

• All U.S sticker and mini print orders are shipped as USPS first-class (Ground advantage) untracked letter mail by default.
• This is a cheaper alternative for smaller item orders that will not have a tracking number or insurance. 

• Larger items such as big prints, charms, washi, totes, etc. are shipped as a tracked USPS first-class (ground advantage) package by default. 
• If you order smaller items with bigger items, your whole order will be shipped together!

♡ Shipping Times

• Your order should arrive in about 1-2 weeks after processing.
• Processing times vary from 1-4 business days depending on how busy I am with in-person events. Thank you for your patience!

♡ International Shipping?

• Please head over to my Etsy for international orders. If I'm not shipping to your country and you'd like something, please message me and I'll see what I can do yes yes.

♡ Commissions

• I don't take commissions right now, and I'm not sure I will in the future.

♡ Item Care

• You can find info to care for your items on a highlight on my Instagram @nyaomi.kyu
• Tote bags, and apparel come with a care card with more accurate tips.
• Some Keychains and pins have a protective film that you're supposed to peel off (they aren't scratched, it's just the film).
